Inicialmente, se le ofreció un gráfico simple de nariz de hélice / cráneo, pero lo rechazó. Steve envió algunos bocetos propios para su consideración, uno de los cuales era un dragón agazapado, y esa es la dirección que siguieron. El artista VCJ reelaboró el diseño un par de veces antes de aplicar la tinta final. La baraja se lanzó por primera vez en diciembre de 1980 y el gráfico fue tan bien recibido que no se reemplazó hasta 1986.
